Founded by Deb Jeffers, EDGE Plus (what we do) is the first all-female private network of Project Management Professionals in Australia. It’s the largest in the country, with over 3,500 female Project Management Professionals. Deb has 20 years of experience in the project management space and most of that was spent in Executive and Senior roles across leading ASX organizations.

EDGE Plus is the largest private network of female project management professionals in Australia. The network is comprised of the leaders in the respective areas of project management including but not limited to Project Managers, Business Analyst, Program Directors, Change Managers PMO Managers, Portfolio Directors and Project Coordinators just to name a few.
Our mission is to enable businesses to engage qualified professional woman into the workplace. With clarity and integrity taking the confusion, frustration, and failure out this challenging endeavour.
